If you use Vista Book Wallet or account balance:
- Funds added are stored as prepaid value.
- Wallet balances can be used only for purchases on https://spvista.in.
- Balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Expired or inactive balances may be forfeited after 12 months of inactivity.
3. Refund of Payments
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method or credited to the Vista Book Wallet, as applicable.
Processing time may vary depending on payment provider, typically 5–10 working days.
4. Taxes and Invoices
All prices shown on https://spvista.in include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Invoices are generated electronically and accessible in your account.
5. Security
All financial transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. SHOP VISTA PRIVATE LIMITED does not store full card details.
6. Disputes
Any payment disputes should be reported within 7 days of transaction to [email protected].
Decisions made by SHOP VISTA PRIVATE LIMITED in good faith shall be final and binding.
